Is "FEDORA 6" a beta version of Linux OS?

Hi there,Is "FEDORA 6" a beta version?

Is it like Windows VISTA and is only for test ? Could you help me please ?Which version of FEDORA do you recommend?
Fedora 6 is just another version of Open source community software. It's very difficult to compare vista and fedora.
I would recommend using Ubuntu Linux which is more user friendly and is free. Please check it out.
