Is there any antivirus or security software in linux operating system?If it is so,what is its name?

I want to know completely about linux security system.

Linux security system is built into the OS…it's doesn't need any antivirus. In other words, double-click a virus in linux and it just sits there
ClamAV is the Anti Virus software for Linux. Although Viruses are OS/Application dependant and Windows is most virus prone because of it's popularity. Linux's policies by default have user and high level security. ClamAV can catch any kind of Virus which is there in it's Database while running in/from Linux.
