1. Only one operating system can run at one time, then, using virtualisation software, you can launch another operating system inside the first one.
2. Not at the same time.
   You can have a dual boot system where you choose which one you want to boot to.
3. Its not true that u cannot load windows & linux OS in the same server. U can definetly do. But there is a small trick while installing. First u have to install Linux & then Windows.There is a technical reason for doing so, but its not possible to esplain all that right now. Just try this method u will succeed.

   And u need to 2 different partitions on ur hard disk to install them. U cannot install both the OS in one partition.
