Chnged email addrs on winxp comp using outlook. internet server is lunux. conf user on lunux, email nt sendng?

- scenario:
- I went to lunux server and did the following
- useradd……..
- network uses linux server for internet server.
- compA User uses email addr…………………abc@….
- email adr bbc@… can only send but cannot receive..
- compA in network winxp, uses outlook on winxp for e-mail.
- Check the privileges given to CompA user e.g security setting
- compA NewUser wants to change to email adr…..bbc@…
- passwd…..
- managed to change everything
- Well what email program is being used on the Linux box? Some systems require the user to be added to the email users files as well as the system users. Courier, etc.
- entered new passwrd.
- Problem:
- need help
