How can I congifure all linux servers in server 2003 so that all clients acess it as a mail server ?

I'm afraid you'll need to clarify your question… Do you have a linux mail server and your windows 2003 servers don't see it? Do you have linux machines and email runs on a 2003 server?

Either way, is your mail server registered with your domain host to provide email (MX record)? Is this internal email only?
