Does anyone know how to bypass Novell's web restrictions?

It's the most annoying thing. Im trying to download a executable or a driver and I get Novell's "403 forbidden" screen. I've seen the IT staff bypass it by entering something into the address bar. But im tired of calling them everytime I want to download something.

Any help?

I could answer your question but there is a reason your IT staff has made it difficult to download anything without their knowledge. I suggest you keep calling your IT staff and ask them how. If they don't mind you knowing, they will tell you how.
