Does novell netware/software running in the background of my laptop, detect/monitor my activity/website seen?

my office is using novell netware…so I want know if the software…is scanning/detecting/motoring/ recording any of my activity…like the sites and emails I sent….and also how can I temporarily switch it off (netware)…?….okies.

You can't "temporarily switch off" Netware — it's a Network Operating System. The piece that's running on your PC is simply the client that attaches you to the network and if it's not running, you don't have access to anything.

And yes, your employer can monitor everything that you do on your computer if they want to.

What is the Novell 3.12 command line prompt to monitor the system?
Prior to NetWare 5, you had to tell the console to 'load' a particular NLM. So the complete command would be, load monitorMonitor would be the prompt.
