How should I say during interview ?
I have been offer for this System Engineer(IT) Jobs & it's very new to me whcih mean I never done such a jobs before ,during the interview it told me is a simple jobs
- until istart work then I know is not simple as what the employer have told me things like lotus note, cisco ip phone ,novell & admin jobs which I have no experience at all.
- What did you expect! You must have lied about your IT experience or they would never have hired you. I'm sure glad you didn't get hired to fly a plane!!!! I don't know where you live, but if your IT experience is on par with your grasp of the English language, I don't even see how you could even have filled out an employment application. So Sad!
- but I managed to do learn & able to solve some of their problems but after 1 months the employers told me I have to leave the company because my skill still cannot up to their standard,
- Just tell the truth. That the job was not what they had described. You can always tell them that you would not have put in for that position if all of the requirements had been listed correctly.
- I think you should have an honest assessment of your qualifications against the job you are applying for…
if most of the job requirements match your skills, then go for the job…
during the interview, always be smart but be truthful… tell them your experiences and accomplishments…
it's also good to ask your interviewers question, given the opportunity… ask them to elaborate about the job description of the vacancy. ask them what do they envision for this person, ie career path. ask them who will this person work with… etc.
- always tell the truth…because in the end, like you found out, lies will get you nowhere…fast…(learn in night school or from a friend what you need to know…)
good luck !!!
- so during the interview what shold I say shoul I tell the the truth
- please guide thank you
- First of all, you should have someone read over your resume. I couldn't even read your whole passage because of the typos. I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but I hope you speak another language, or you're not from here. If you're an American, you need to read a lot more. Writing is just as important as being able to read. That's where I'd start if I were you.
