How to bypass novell password?

how to bypass the password or a way to recieve the password and gain access to a novell client most recent for use on an XP computor

I do have a accont on the network but I dont have admin control which is what I would like to achieve is there any way to succeed?
You can't. Novell is pretty bullet-proof. The admin will have to reset the password for the user account to get back in.
