My dad has an old work notebook running windows 2000, he doesn't remember the password for it and his work pretty much just said it is out of there hands cause it is now his computer. SOO can someone tell me any default passwords/ways through novell so I can get into my computer? thanks

1. you do not need to know the network password to log on to the local machine
2. continually press F8 on the opening screen and goto security and go into user accounts to remove the previous password.
