I need to know urgently since something has happened to my account (cannot log in) and I need to access files on the drive.

1. I'm assuming you're attempting to bypass your schools system?
   My school uses the same system and well, I can assure you, there is no way around it.

   I am able to get into the C:\ drive, and view the cookies, which are all named after the login account. There are often password-less accounts such as test, teach, test1, test2, teach1, teach2, and so on. Give this a shot - if no luck, use a friends account or stop streaming videos.
