Is there any way whatsoever I can access my school files from home?

we use novell client in school and this is URGENT!

  1. So do I and I'm at TAFE right now. Some schools have their own personal home page which allow access to students and teachers at home. Try googling your school and see if they have a website. If lucky, there would be a link somewhere possibly labelled ad STUDENTS. You would then be required to type in your username and password
  2. You could always get a gmail acount and email them to yourself (lots of storage through gmail).

There's no real way to do like a remote desktop or anything though if you all use novell clients. I seriously doubt they would give you access to anything like that. The best thing is to find some storage space on the internet (email account, yahoo briefcase, etc.), and upload your files like that.

  3. Does your school have a thing called "Blackboard"? In my school, it's a website that the school allows us to use. You post documents from school there, then at home go to the website, log in with your student ID and password, and you can access the files. You can also put home documents on to see at school.
  4. Get a flash drive? Or email them to yourself.
