I work in technology at a school (no one else to help) and I have a microsoft multimedia keyboard that is in a classroom. I have checked with numerous people and no one knows the answer to this. The keyboard will log in as administrator or student into the novell screen, but when we log into the windows screen, as soon as windows pulls up, the keyboard no longer works. I have changed out keyboards and they do the same thing. I have run out of ideas. Is there any way that a student could have blocked access to windows for the keyboard?

1. Someone could have messed with the keyboard settings, with the mouse, check:
   Start->Settings->Control Panel->Keyboard
   and
   Start->Settings->Control Panel->Accessibility Options
