1. Chekc your network setup properties via this method

   Windows Start button
   Then Setting
   then network connection
   Then right click on netwokr adapter you use for the internet/network

   Then left clikc on properties
   then make sure your not trying to run any novel devices clients
   If you are remove them install
   Microsoft /windows client ones then reboot…
   This should fix your problem.

2. go to windows security center (the red shield) and anti virus recommendations and check the box (I have an anti virus program) this way windows will not keep telling you to install the anti virus pgm that came with your system but need to pay for it after the 90 day free trial.
