Novell Groupwise Question?

In Novell Groupwise, How do I stop it from adding a contact to my frequent contacts list after everytime I send someone I havent a email before, Sometimes I only ever email that person once I cant see that as beening a frequent contact

in which tool box option
In the options unclick add address after reply.
