  • Could you describe when this happens, what stage you’re at and what you’re doing. How many disks you have, and are you dual booting? I’ve never had issues installing debian it’s been super easy so I’m not sure bvb it I’ll try to help. Powerful computer btw.

  • How did you installed it ?
If you do it with an image that is not the netinst one it will sometimes fail and you will have to pick another one.
If you used a USB to install Debian, the problem can also come from the USB making software that you used. Not all of them are equally efficients with all distros.

  • I had to format the USB in the “.dd” format not the .isolated. it took debian, now I need non-free firmware so the wifi can work.😁

  • Did you check if there is more than one entry for Debian, or any distro, on the UEIF/BIOS boot menu?

Intel TPM can cause some weird behavior on UEFI.
