Can someone help? Bit of a noob to libvirt.

  • I use -netdev to get an OSX guest machine connected on my Slackware machine with qemu. So it’s not a Slackware issue.

The networking part of my qemu incantation looks like this :

-netdev user, id=[host network interface] -device [fruit sanctioned ethernet card],netdev=[ host network interface],id=[whatever interface the guest OS needs to see]
