Linux and visual program?

I want to have visual environment on linux, which language programming is used?

(linux support vc++?)
I may be wrong, but I think Visual Basic/C++/.NET are Microsoft proprietary programming environments specifically designed for programming on a Windows platform. You MAY be able to get them working in Wine or VMWare.
However, there are plenty of other programming environments in Linux. You need to choose the right one for that task.
