Network programming in Linux kernel mode?

Hello,

I want to write a simple distributed shared memory in linux kernel mode. My question is how I can create a socket between two host in linux kernel mode.
I don't think you will find many more advanced in Linux knowledge than me on Yahoo answers, and I can't answer you question. I do know what your saying, I just don't know how it can be done. Try a Linux networking programming or Kernel forum or this book from O'Reilly: "Understanding Linux Network Internals" Though I think kernel mode sockets have to be ports 1 - 1024.
