   Sorry to say you but the Largest Customer Base Company (BSNL Don't have a single support eng that could configure Broadband Modem)

2. Well, you need to download some software for playing media and also some drivers to get your internet working. I think some Googling will help you…
3. first of all you have to identify the modem and sound card. if you have widows in your system then you can easily identify them on device manager. then go to maker website or use google to download the apropriate driver for that.
