Is it possible to install NCTUns (Network Simulator) in Red hat Linux?

I had installed NCTUns on Fedora Core… It worked fine… But now when I tried to install it on Red hat Linux 9.. it got installed successfully… but while opening simulator it is giving error as

Kernel panic-not syncing : No init found.
could not start kde init. check your installation.
Please find solution…..
Try passing init = option to kernel
I don't know but try posting on this site http://www.justlinux.com, someone may be able to help.
