Which linux flavour is best to learn & to customize& free support for a bug & doupts?. except redhat.?

im doing redhat linux course (RHCE) in chennai. I would like to know about other flavours & easier & powerful os, give me the reasons & features of that. I think my linux community will tech me good flavours & features

Ubuntu. It installs fast with little modifications on your part, and includes a preinstalled desktop environment. There are also several flavors of Ubuntu available. Ubuntu comes with Gnome, Kubuntu comes with KDE, and they have a kid's version. It's all on their main site: http://www.ubuntu.com/
