Linux Partition?

A while back ( nearly a year ago) I downloaded SuSE Linux… And Now it has much of my Hard Drive Space.. And I would like to delete it all together, but resizing its partition to a very small size would be okay as well. Either way I would like to get rid of Linux's Boot Loader (GRUB) very much. I need a free program that can do the deletion/ resizing (and if possible the deletion of boot loader). Thanks.
