How to configure Jnitiator in Red Hat Linux ?

I want to open the default page of our Windows 2000 Server( which we have configured Oracle 9i application) through the Linux. In case of windows client machine( 98/XP/ME) loading jinitiator is sufficient and putting URL (http://IP Address) opens the default page of Server and the JAVA applet starts running.

I have the Linux based operating system on my computer which is from Linspire.?

I have Linux which is different from windows in that I cannot just put a cd in the cd rom space and download from there. plus I cant get into my juno dial up internet from linux either. how do I download anything on that computer.
