The question below was asked earlier today, but I have more to add to the question…..what is the easiest way to change their account by mass? So far, I have had to go into each individual student to change because when I try to change them by grad year (multiple properties), it doesn't change everyone's account. The students were having a hard time with the periodic change, so I went in to each student and took off the periodic change date and unchecked the box. I am going to change their grace log ins to 1. Now I need them to change it just one time to something besides the generic password. Do I need to go back and check the periodic change box or will this do it periodically anytime more than once?
