Can someone tell me where can I get server from 1.singapore, 2. canada, 3. india, 4. UK, 5. Dubai?

I want to host a site, but I want 5 different physical location of server to ensure '0' downtime of my service. can someone let me know where can I get those? I need minimum server space.. 10 - 15 mb linux server with my sql database
