Where I work there is wireless and LAN connections to the Internet. In my office I cannot pickup the wireless signal, but I do have a LAN line. I used my old linksys wrt54gs now I have wireless, but my office computer cannot connect to the server? The desktop doesn't have a wireless card and it is connected to the router by an Ethernet cable. My company requires a user name and password and uses novell software for that. What can I do to stop my router from blocking access to the Internet from my desktop? I disabled the routers firewall.
