How do I reboot a Suse Linux server remotely?

init <init state>

you will need to log on as root. If you want to do a full reboot into normal multiuser level use

init 6

More information can be found in the fine manual …
You probably need access it remotely. If you have that set up, don't you just login and type 'reboot'?
