How do I run Windows XP apps within SUSE Linux 10.1?
- if you just want to be able to open your DOCUMENTS (whether spreadsheet, text or image), possible work them & save 'em back in a compatible format, you don't need any special application; most SWs support M$ formats.
if for whatever reason you don't want to let go of the original S***, you can try WINE, but it'll require some xtra effort to get it to work;
- There are several emulators. Just do a google search. I'm using one called WINE but I'm runnung Puppy Linux
- Cross Over Office by code weavers (makers of WINE)
The pricing is there, and an explanation as to why it isn't free.
